Personal reflections on confidence, connection, and the TNB experience.
Confidence & self-acceptance
“Now I feel good with myself. This group of guys inspire me to be open and honest, and I appreciate who I am.”
I have always been concerned about my image, focusing on what clothes to wear and if others found me attractive. Spending thousands of dollars on gym memberships and focused on everything but not truly being comfortable seeing myself. So now I’m more secure looking in the mirror. Now I feel good with myself. This group of guys inspire me to be open and honest, and I appreciate who I am. Let’s continue to support each other in true bromance fashion.
Connection & shared memories
“We had deep conversations, supported each other, and created memories that’ll last a lifetime.”
Hey, brothers! Monday vibes and I’m still reeling from the epic "Nude is the color of August" event. Curtis and Jay Jay, you guys absolutely crushed it!
The past few days have been a journey of self-discovery, family bonding, and forging new connections with some incredible guys. We had deep conversations, supported each other, and created memories that’ll last a lifetime. If you’re on the fence about joining in December, trust me, it’s worth taking the leap.
Thanks, Jay Jay and Curtis, for an unforgettable adventure!
From participant to board member
Stevie first experienced TNB as a retreat participant. After attending several events and experiencing the brotherhood and supportive environment, he developed a deep appreciation for its mission. He chose to join the board because he believed strongly in what TNB stands for.
His journey, summarized from his board biography.

“I was very apprehensive, as I had never done anything like this before. Since joining, I’ve been on six cabin trips with the organization.”
I joined in October 2024. I was very apprehensive, as I had never done anything like this before. Since joining, I’ve been on six cabin trips with the organization. After my first trip, I became really close with the founder and became his right-hand person. I’ve been helping to organize trips, plan meals, and arrange different activities for us to enjoy while we’re on the trips.

Founder & Curator
Coach Kareem is a passionate leader, mentor, and advocate for personal growth, emotional wellness, and meaningful human connection. Driven by a purpose to inspire others to recognize their worth and embrace their potential, he believes that greatness begins with self-awareness, honesty, healing, and the courage to be authentic.
As the founder and curator of The Naked Bromance (TNB), Coach Kareem created a space where men can feel seen, heard, valued, and respected. His vision is to encourage men to communicate openly, embrace their emotions, develop effective listening skills, and build genuine bonds with one another without fear of judgment.
Through brotherhood, retreats, open conversations, and shared experiences, Coach Kareem promotes an environment where men can grow together, learn from one another, and understand that vulnerability is not weakness—it is a form of strength.
His leadership is rooted in the belief that every man deserves a safe space to be himself, share his story, and continue becoming the best version of who he is. For Coach Kareem, The Naked Bromance is more than an organization; it is a labor of love, a movement toward stronger connections, and a commitment to men's emotional and mental well-being.
His message is simple: Be open. Be honest. Be authentic. Trust the process, trust the possibility, and trust the power of brotherhood.
Inspiring growth, building brotherhood, and creating space for men to thrive.
Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Members’ Advisor
Jay Little’s journey with The Naked Bromance began as a participant on one of TNB’s trips. He connected deeply with the idea and mission of creating space for men to build meaningful relationships, communicate openly, and experience genuine brotherhood.
After that first experience, Jay returned for many more trips. His growing commitment led him to help with planning, events, and the resources that make TNB’s experiences possible. Over time, he became Coach Kareem’s right-hand man, helping turn ideas into thoughtful, well-organized experiences for the brotherhood.
Today, Jay serves on the TNB board, bringing dedication to outreach, planning, event coordination, and resource development. His path from participant to leader reflects the impact of the TNB mission and his belief in what can happen when men come together in support of one another.
